Portable Cabin is a structure of metal frame and U-PVC meant to be exposed to rain, sun, and high wind velocity. Light weighted solid iron frame with epoxy coat duly fabricated, bolted with each other for complete frame work for any size, length, height and shape. In summer U-PVC wont get hot, nor get cold in winter due to Holo Insulaion properties. After taking a shape by metal frame, it is complete cover by U-PVC panels. DOOR AND WINDOWS : Doors and Windows are specially fabricated by secion. Size of the door is 6ft. X 2.1/2ft. Size of the Windows are 3ft. X 2ft. openable type. Doors and Windows are lockable from both the sides, doors and windows are fixed properly with the unit. Design of the Cabin is safe, with sufficient light, air and cross ventilation. (Glass fitting was also provided.) PLATFORM : Load capacity of the platform is 25kg per Sq.ft (spread load). Platform is made of heavy angle frame (cross) size of 3 x 1.1/2 X 5mm covered on top with 15mm cement ply and 16 swg. thick aluminium checkerd plate. Platform is based on angular frame to make easy flow of water beneath the cabin. ROOF : Insulated section of U-PVC on metal frame are interlokated to each other making it leakproof and waterproof. Sufficient slope of roof is for easy flow of water. MAINTAINANCE : Asian portable cabin is totally maintainance free. No painting, No cleaning, No rusting, No breakage, No leakage. ASSEMBLING : It takes only two days to assemble to complete portable cabin. Our technician will come along with small tempo and assemble the cabin at direct site. Cabin was fabricate on concrete legs. Standard height of the leg is 9". Generally cabin does not require any foundation, Cabin can stand at any where. Floor leveling, balancing, growting, foundation was done by the client. DELIVERY : Generally ready stock otherwise 7 days maximum. TRANSPORTATION : Transportation by Tempo. Transportation up to destination and Octroi charges extra. PAYMENT : 50% advance and Balance against Performa Invoice. INSPECTION : Before dispatched it may be inspected and approved at our factory. |
