1. Angular Structure
|
|
Structure of Portacabin is made out of 4 / 5 mm thick M.S. angle, duly bolted in required shape in any length & width. Angular structure of Portacabin makes it possible to create a one floor.

2. Legs / Support
|
|
The structure is mounted on heavy concrete block and is bolted to ground. This makes the structure strong and weatherproof for extreme climatic conditions. The size of Concrete legs is 9" x 9" x 9" This height of the concrete block can protect the structure from water or and all kind of insects. This concrete leg makes it easy to put the structure is suitable for all the surfaces, whether it is rough or plain, farm or hilly.

3. Body (Wall Paneling & Roof)
|
|
The body of Portacabin is made out of u-pvc profile and section. Profile is of two thicknesses - 20 / 32 mm. Not a single screw looks from the out side of the cabin. All fasteners are screwed from inside.

4. Doors and Windows
|
|
Door size - Std.6 ft x 2.1/2 ft Can be opened from outside the cabin (with Door Closer) Window size - Std. 3 ft x 2 ft can be on the either side of the Cabin. Windows available - Sliding & openable (single / double shutter) / leeward. Quantities of the doors and window shall be as per requirement.

5. Roof
|
|
Roof is available in two shapes 1) Flat (slant) 2) Reverse 'V' shape. It is also recommended by Portacabin to use flat type roof as it has more strength than 'v' shape. Roof size shall be bigger than the size of a cabin on each side.

6. Assembling
|
|
All the material can be assembled within 2-3 days. The whole structure can also be dismantled and fixed 'n' number of time. That gives the Portacabin a repeatable use. After the completion of the whole job, silicon will be sprayed by gun in every joint of the cabin.

7. Design
|
|
Portacabin is absolutely tailor-made. It can be designed as per personal requirement. Any number of divisions & partition is possible. Required size for Height, length & width; required qty. for windows & doors; multiple entry & uses is possible.
No need of any foundation, welding & civil work is required.
